Great response time, horribly rude when found out they didn’t get the job. Sarcasm and unprofessional just because I didn’t want to share details about what we decided to do.
Very responsive. Took photos of damage in my attic. Think the price to fix it was fair. Noah took the time to explain to me what the damage was and what needed to be done.
