1st visit, anxious & hurting. Dr. C's PA, (Mr Mills maybe?) came in first, already very well informed on my complaint & scans. After questions and physical exam, he explained what my likely problem is and the range of choices in treating it. Then Dr. C came in & specified the nrxt steps. Both guys are excellent communicators, undid a month of stress on my part, lifting my spirits a lot. 'Not out of the woods yet but I am sure I'm in good hands. pb
Worst experience ! This was my first time seeing a specialist for my back pain. Ive always been scared to see one because I felt like this would happen and be a waste of a $75 copay … I’ve been experiencing pain for 2-3 year now and it has now been worse then ever . I did not see Dr Chittham, however I did see Jennifer Turner and was very pleased with her.
Chittum was a great surgeon however, the bedside manor was very disappointing. I had neck surgery as a pain clinic patient being treated for my lower back for 2 years at the time and receiving meds for chronic pain. I am on a low dose meds because I choose to be. After surgery I was prescribed no narcotic pain meds and my pain Dr was very upset because he is given 90 days to treat me and the pain management is not allowed to treat me for his surgery.
