There is a reason that this family-run company has received so many 5 Star reviews: They deliver an excellent customer experience with professional results. I have multiple peaks on my roofs, including a large, separate shed that had been overlooked for far too long. I have dealt with many contractors, on many projects; I am a tough grader. Upstate Roof Cleaning deserves an A+.
We needed sections of heavy moss removed from our garage roof and Upstate Roofing did a wonderful job and were so easy to work with. From estimates to scheduling, we got quick updates for any weather-related changes. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were knowledgeable, efficient and just kind and pleasant. Roof looks great and the cost was very reasonable. We were very pleased with everything.
