Had a custom shower door installed by Upstate Residential. It was a very complex design and they did an excellent job. They communicated well and got the work done in a fair amount of time.
This place is a joke. No one answers the phone.
We've been with Upstate Residential Storage ever since they took over the business from Mark I Storage. Been with them a total of at least 20 years...probably more. Storage for both personal and business. Well maintained. Always contacts us is anything happens. Locked gates keep it extra secure. Dumpster on site is a big convenience. Easy access to units. 1) Inaccuracy. We called the owner of UR for details about how to reinforce the wall in order to install a seamless glass panel for our brand-new shower, this was before tiling. After the tile-work was done, we had the UR owner over to take measures, and at that point he said the reinforcement -which he suggested- was not sufficient.
