This place is a joke. No one answers the phone.
We've been with Upstate Residential Storage ever since they took over the business from Mark I Storage. Been with them a total of at least 20 years...probably more. Storage for both personal and business. Well maintained. Always contacts us is anything happens. Locked gates keep it extra secure. Dumpster on site is a big convenience. Easy access to units. Our unit has lights also. The also have public access to restrooms. Always friendly. We also get a statement/invoice every month to show balance due, etc. My only dislike i... read more
1) Inaccuracy. We called the owner of UR for details about how to reinforce the wall in order to install a seamless glass panel for our brand-new shower, this was before tiling. After the tile-work was done, we had the UR owner over to take measures, and at that point he said the reinforcement -which he suggested- was not sufficient.
