An ingrown toenail had cut my toe and it was incredibly swollen and extremely painful. I was blessed that I was able to find this practice. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Dr. Sweeney was awesome!!!! He listened attentively to my issue and calmed my fears. He did not rush me to make a decision. He explained my options and made his suggestions but he did not try to pressure me at all. He was very friendly and kind. I absolutely will be returning to see him. I am recommending him to my 89 year old Mom as well.
I went in a few months and everyone was kinda standoffish. When the doctor came in he was excited I had a callous to cut out of my foot. This was not the exact reason I went in to see him. Now fast forward to now. I have tried 4 times to make an appointment with someone because of extreme pain. I was told each time to hold on. I did and no one ever picked back up to help me. Very unprofessional and rude.
The Laurens office is not open as stated Mon - Friday , they are only opened on Wednesday and booked until June!
Doesn't pick up the phone. If they moved to a temporary location they don't let you know. My grandmother has missed 3 appointments because they wouldn't answer the phone or tell her where they will be at since they are getting the parking lot fixed. It's a shame that we had three different appointments and they can't show up at their office, tell the temporary location, or pick up the phone.
Great place also the staff is great and the doctors listens
