Upstate paving resurfaced our driveway in August 2022 since the repaving we now got water in our garage after it rains and now the driveway is cracking, and grass is growing through the tar. Not their best work, when the job is not done right the correct thing is to redo it and make good on your work. When I asked Joe to do that, he said they would not, I DO NOT RECOMMEND UPSTATE PAVING
