I initially went in for invisalign for my front teeth, but during the indepth consultation, they took X rays and explained what was going with my teeth including bite issues etc. It was first super overwhelming especially not understanding all the orthodontic terms. However, the lady assisting the dentist was so nice and helpful. Taking extra time to explain things in simple terms, giving me time to think on it and her number in case I had any other questions. Seneca office Consultation: Dr. McKinnis was very thorough in every way. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He took time to explain when I had questions. I had a prior consultation with another orthodontist and it was no where near as thorough. Thank you👏 His assistant was very friendly & knowledgeable as well. She also explained info in the plan that was developed from this consultation.
The best place to get braces. I love the staff and the Dr. Everyone is nice and respectful. Would choose them again.
