I called to get the price of a visit, and some random female voice asked me, "Could I hold?" I replied (Yes). Then, apparently, that un-trained-cow sent me to a voice mail! I would have much rather waited on hold for 5 minutes instead of landing in the dead-end hallway of voice mail!
