Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a CDL medical exam appointment and received a confirmation message with a specific appointment time. I arrived exactly at the confirmed time, only to be told that the confirmation was "incorrect," that they do not send those messages, and that my actual appointment had been scheduled 30 minutes earlier. I called to get the price of a visit, and some random female voice asked me, "Could I hold?" I replied (Yes). Then, apparently, that un-trained-cow sent me to a voice mail! I would have much rather waited on hold for 5 minutes instead of landing in the dead-end hallway of voice mail!
