Caroline is extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and compassionate. Her work using technology to assess metabolism and body metrics is dramatically changing how I eat and consequently how I feel. And Bruce in the Liverpool office is likewise knowledgeable and kind. I’ve finally got hope for a future with a better relationship with food and eating!
