One star for failing to return seven phone calls since my first appointment, having me drive to Ossining a few hours away only to find out the appointment is in the basement of her house, trying to track her down with phone messages for test results (I still don’t have the results from 6 weeks ago), and trying to transfer my appointment to a different person that had no name on the entrance to the office or anywhere else even though I drove an hour for my phone booked appointment to see Dr Alampur at the now Poughkeepsie off... read more

Dr. Alanpur is the most empathetic doctor I’ve ever met. She spends time with you and is truly concerned about what you’re going through. She explains things very thoroughly and is most always available when needed. Her staff is amazing and they always call back immediately. They are very friendly and I can’t say enough positive attributes about Dr. Alan poor and her staff. PR
