I took my mother’s chair here to check my reoccurring problem and the guy suggested my charging cable being replaced. I bought a new charging cable and followed instructions per the employee. I had the same issue the next day and called the place back. He said “just bring it back and I’ll give you a refund I don’t know what’s wrong with your batteries” I would not trust the advice from this store since they can not or will not try to diagnose or fix the the actual issue. We were treated very well and the owner took a lot of time to explain various products. He also explained the correct prescriptions we would need to have insurance pay their portion of the equipment. The prescription we had was for equipment that insurance would not cover. When we got the right prescription and bought the equipment, the owner filled out the proper forms for insurance that we can send in, taking the guesswork out of our insurance claim. We are very thankful we found Upstate Mobility.

These guys are top notch..100% reccomend! After several months my daddy's scooter is working again. His scooter was purchased from a different company. My advice save yourself time, energy and a head ache just go to Upstate Mobility..
