HORRIBLE customer service. The people that work there are incredibly rude and uncaring. If you’re looking for that neighborhood Pharmacist who will be friendly and patient, DON’T LOOK HERE.
I have tried all day to get someone on the phone with no success. Then when I did get somebody, they kept hanging up on me 4 different times
Absolute worst customer service every both times I have been in here all they care more about finishing their personal conversations rather than helping the customer. You will stand at the counter staring at the back of someones head until they see fit to turn around and ask if they can help you....trust me it will only get worse from that point. Very poor communication skillls with customers about meds being ready more in particular Chris Campbell. This pharmacist proceeded with poor customer service skills. He needs people skills training. Some individuals make the system look bad because they do a bad job. The pharmacy needs a better communication system for its customers.
