I along with my family recently contracted this company to pick us up at JFK Airport after a trip to Alaska. Let's start with the year and age od the limo that was sent. Not a clean car and can be sure but had to have 200000 or 300000 miles on the car. The driver who had no idea where Queens was or how to get back upstate who stated to me he had only been with the company for 2 weeks had a trainee with him so some of our luggage instead of going up front went in the back with us the passengers. We rented the limo for our wedding anniversary - the car was not nice at all. It had no heat (it was about 50 outside) - the radio didn't work either, we ended up playing music on my phone. The divider wouldn't close and there were dirty glasses. The driver had no personality at all and did not know how to get anywhere, we lost a lot of time with him trying to figure out how to get to the location. We called and were told to talk to Robin, who was away. Called 3 more times and left messages, never got a call back from Robin.... read more

My family of 8 hired Upstate Limo for our trip to Disney (via Newark Airport). The driver was a little late - (no big deal), but took us to the airport w/out any problem. We paid him $250 cash, once our bags were out of the car @ the airport and thanked him. Coming back, Upstate Limo picked us up again and again, we paid cash ($270). Upon us coming home, my debit card showed a purchase from them in the amount of $250 a week after they picked us up in New York. Called to confirm the day before. After everything was confirmed by "The Owner" they never showed up. Currently they have been avioding my phone calls and I'm sure enjoying the deposit that we gave them. Just as an FYI this is the first time I have every felt the need to write a review for this type of service. Normally if something is wrong it can be worked out but when you can not get a hold of anyone I guess this if the forum to use.

i was very please with the service this company had given me ,driver were very nice in opening doors for me and my family on our night out ,they knew where they were going as far as the city ,they waited on me and my family hand and foot ,i couldnt asked for a better trip that this company provided for us,i would highly recomend this company to any one i know,thanks to all the staff at upstate limousine
