NOT Fly By Night Contractors, just plain bad service. Upstate LED takes your money then installs sub-par materials. Then when you call for maintenance and bulb replacement they ignore multiple voicemails for over multiple months. I eventually had to replace the bulbs my self. Buy the bulbs from the nearest big box store and bypass the ballasts yourself. There are many YouTube instrustional videos on how to do it in minutes.
