Wonderful reasonable service. I really respect people who know how to do business so well and make it so easy to enjoy what they offer. Reasonable prices. Call ahead when you can or if you have a special request. Really large selection on kayak to choose from.

We had a great time kayaking the Erie Canal, thanks to Donna and Upstate Kayaks. She was extremely available over text and made the experience smooth and easy. We had a small snafu with the self serve locks and she immediately responded to my text and we had the problem solved in minutes. On the water she kept in touch and was there to get us at the exact moment we finished. Everyone in our group was impressed with her business, and we look forward to the next adventure with her! I was considering having Donna instruct me and my family with her kayak company. She was able to locate me on a app called Thumbtack to pour a concrete floor for her so she can store all of her kayaks which she openly admitted to having another place store those kayaks for free and she was still charging people the same price, but they did sell the property and she was responsible to store everybody’s kayaks after going back-and-forth trying to accommodate her with a very, very generous price I put in more work than necessar... read more
