Can’t say enough about Erich and the customer service of Upstate Increte!!! I needed them to fix an eyesore of a concrete job. They were prompt and professional in their work. The final product turned out great, and 3 months later when I had a small concern they addressed it quickly and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Cant say enough about the customer service. Ron was very knowledgeable in helping get the correct products. When i ran short on concrete they went out of there way to come to the shop on there off hours so i could get more. Thanks!!
