If I could give zero stars I would, I called to ask if I could bring my child in to get his picture done because the school he attends didn’t tell him what time to go down to do retake picture. Well now he won’t be in yearbook etc pictures were payed for prior not fair for a parent that wants there child’s pictures and for the company to turn down a child from getting there picture when there willing to bring the child in.
Destroyed my school portrait they take at worst moments when I’m not even fully smiling.
My pictures are now over a month since picture day in school when I ordered them. Called the company today and they asked for the order number but they never said only the second half of the numbers! I also never got a purchase confirmation email, lucky I took a screenshot! I will be taking my kids elsewhere!!!
Total chaos! Small waiting room w all seats filled. Over booked and not clean. Attendant said I could reschedule if I didn’t want “casual” pics. The only positive was photographer did excellent job. WAY over priced-I would avoid senior pics here! They are no different that general school pics but hundreds of dollars.
