My husband and I were so impressed by the quality of the hearing tests we each had. Brooke Jennings is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes plenty of time to go through test results and answer questions. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful.
If I could give 10 stars I would. I am extremely pleased with my new hearing aids and I could not be more pleased with Dr Jenner. She is the epitome of professionalism, very thorough and pleasant to deal with.
Caring, compassionate, professional and competant, this group is extraordinary! I suffer from Vertigo & had a sudden onset with severe symptoms much different than others in my past. It was super scary but this group got me in quickly, then spent so much time thoroughly testing & evaluating. By the end of the appointment, I had a diagnosis that made sense and a plan of action. It was such a relief! Great job by Donna, patient coordinator, Emily, Audiology Assistant and especially by Dr. Jennings. I highly recommend!
Knowledgeable, thorough & caring. They took special care in assisting me in determining the most appropriate hearing aid for my particular hearing loss. Highly recommend this group to anyone with a hearing challenge. Teddy Springfield
