At first we had a bad experience with Emily. However, Kat reached out and truly made it up it for us, she went far beyond of what we expected. Kat is skillful and offers a great service. My husband is VERY picky and detailed about his hair and beard and he LOVES her work. We recommend Kat, not sue how the other ladies work besides out first expense which was not the greatest.But now, Kat is our go to barber and our first pick! It's hard to find a detailed barber who truly knows what they are doing. She truly is great!!
My boys loved watching cartoons on the personal TV by their chair while getting a haircut. It definitely helped keeping my 4 year old entertained enough to sit still. very friendly staff and great with mini-me's. I highly recommend Upstate Hair & Beard Co. The complimentary beverage cooler was a definite plus!
Best barbershop in the Upstate!
This place isn’t a bad environment but I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend Sarah!! Not only did she take double the amount of time that it should’ve taken on a men’s haircut, but did a complete different haircut than what I asked for! I asked for a mid fade and this is was I got… the first picture is what i should her and the second is what i got.
