Does not return calls. Lies to ordering doctor's offices that patient did not call back. Tells same patient ordering doctor never sent referral. Tells ordering doctor's they are no longer accepting new patients. They have been doing this even with patients seen there in the past, of which they are responsible to follow up with based on their own words on their past reports.
