They went to an outbound call center and a generic bot who answers phone . No one ever calls you back., so important messages do not get through. Went way downhill. Sadly
I was referring to this location by Samaritan hospital in Jan/Feb 2026. The doctor I was referred to was booked out 9 months so I agreed to be seen by the office RN. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, did not ask me many questions either but blamed my issues on a single habit of mine. I was told I needed another procedure but that the appointments were booked out so far they couldn’t schedule mine yet. I was told I would be contacted in May to schedule my appointment.
