Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to my favorite doctor Pronald.. unfortunately when you work for the system that has a call system that is not connected to the office it's a damn shame! You wait on hold for two to three hours for someone to pick up the phone and they're always from a different place that's not in the office! You can't get an appointment even an emergency appointment for months! It was definitely worth the wait to see Dr. Pronold. He was very kind and compassionate about my situation. He listens and doesn't rush. Everything was explained clearly . The office staff was very nice and professional. Highly recommend based on my experience.
The approach to my concerns were immediately addressed,and related to me in a timely manner. Amanda Cicerelli took the time to explain test results and how she would follow my condition . She instilled confidence from the the onset.
