I had a colonoscopy February 28th. They gave me instructions when I left. They said they were going to call in 2 scripts. I am already on another for the same condition these would have been a duplication. Anyway they never called anything in wasn't going to take them anyway. Basically I am under the impression that they just give the same instructions and meds to every patients. God forbid they look at a chart. Are patients just a number to them. I was seen at this office on 2 separate visits by Deb and from the first moment I met her she was very unprofessional dismissive and rude I honestly could get past all that if she was a competent provider and could help with any issue that however was not the case. Both occasions happened last year and this year so not within the same time frame even both time I was extremely sick in terrible pain, nausea, vomiting and overall feeling awful. All staff was very friendly and great
I am a long-time patient of Dr. Robinson, Sr. I really like him and I think he is a very good doctor, but I can no longer tolerate his rude, completely incompetent office staff. They never do what they say they are going to do, especially Kathy, and when you confront them, they have every excuse in the book, but still nothing gets done. I have been a patient of both Drs Robinson as has my family for years. Both drs are very professional, office staff was fine and procedure went without a hitch. I'm shocked to read some of these reviews. My family and I have never had bad experiences with Upstate. I've referred people to them as well.
