Cynthia is hands down the kindest, most attentive agent I’ve dealt with in SC. She showed me as many houses as unneeded to find the right one, with no pressure or feeling it was a bother to her. She brings lots of experience in real estate and relationships with other agents, which is priceless. Cynthia is the only agent I’ll ever use!! She’s the Bestest!

I am an agent with Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham and Assoc. I was the sellers agent in a transaction with Cynthia Peterson representing the buyers. Cynthia was amazing to work with! She was personable, one of the kindest, most patient Agents in this difficult and stressful transaction. Chris Merlo is the individual whom I dealt with. On 10/22/2016, I made an appointment to look at a property with Chris and expected him to meet me there at 5pm. He never showed up. I drove 30 miles to get there, waited, called, and left a voicemail in an attempt to reach him. He called be back several minutes later to inform me that several applications had come in and the property would no longer be available and that he "wrote it down to call me but he forgot."
