They are not as thorough as they say they are. Letti acts as if a deep cleaning service is ordered ala carte: clean the floor in the kitchen, but don't wipe down the counters. Clean the toilets but not the showers. Don't use bleach unless the client tells you to. Vacuuming is not included unless it's an extra charge. Leave the dust on the light fixtures? Really? And she argued with me when I complained! Don't use them.

I don't understand how this cleaning service person could possibly think that "deep cleaning" does not include vacuuming and dusting!?! I hired them to "whole house clean" for me prior to having an Open House event. And all they did was mop the floors and clean toilets. I pointed out the carpet wasn't done and the woman said that I told her not to do that. Then she said it would be $50 more for three bedrooms! Outrageous! I gave them their money and told them to leave.

What a great experience!! I needed last minute help getting my house ready for guests and Orfa was amazing. Best and most thorough cleaning I've ever had in my house - nothing was neglected! Great price, especially considering the great quality. Will definitely be calling on Orfa again!
