Called Jim (Upstate appliance) at 8:30 this morning for my broken washer, after having multiple people tell me they couldn't get to my house till Tuesday or Wednesday( I don't get many days off) . Jim was able to get here between 11-2. He came at 11:45 and was out by 12:45. Great customer service and knew exactly what he was talking about. My washer works great again and I have zero complaints. Thanks for helping me out today, I really truly appreciate it.
My washing machine was leaking, so I called a Upstate who had fixed my dryer last year, he came, put in a new part, and charged me 400. The next day it was still leaking so I called him and he said he would be back the next day, the next day never came, after trying to get him back for two weeks, I called Register Appliance. Dennis came out the next day, but we couldn't get the washer to leak. I'm writing this review 6+ weeks after Thanksgiving, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Upstate Appliance LLC. Jim went above and beyond to ensure my tenant's oven was repaired just a day and a half before Thanksgiving. From my initial call, Jim was incredibly knowledgeable. Based on the stove's make and model, he already had a good idea of the issue (oven baking failure, but broiling correctly). He even ordered the necessary part before even arriving at the property! Called Jim he was on time to the appt and was nice, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 15 mins. My only issue is that I paid him cash and didn't get a receipt afterwards, I have called him and text him for a week now he told me he would send it and has not. Jim I have zero issues with your service just pls send me my receipt for the $140 I paid you to steam out the refrigerator line please
