An appointment was scheduled. They no show and no called, and now aren't responding to my voicemails. Bizarre way to run a business.
Never called to cancel stating that he didn’t have my number (I left a vm with my number on it ) then I called him the next day to reschedule my appointment which he stated that he will “try to come at 330 because I have something to do for my daughter but if I can’t I will call and reschedule for the next day “ guess who never called and rescheduled that’s 2 days I wasted my time on this man then my warranty company called and he told them he was “sick” and needed to reschedule when he told me he got behind and that’s why h... read more
Called Jim (Upstate appliance) at 8:30 this morning for my broken washer, after having multiple people tell me they couldn't get to my house till Tuesday or Wednesday( I don't get many days off) . Jim was able to get here between 11-2. He came at 11:45 and was out by 12:45. Great customer service and knew exactly what he was talking about. My washer works great again and I have zero complaints. Thanks for helping me out today, I really truly appreciate it.
My washing machine was leaking, so I called a Upstate who had fixed my dryer last year, he came, put in a new part, and charged me 400. The next day it was still leaking so I called him and he said he would be back the next day, the next day never came, after trying to get him back for two weeks, I called Register Appliance. Dennis came out the next day, but we couldn't get the washer to leak. I'm writing this review 6+ weeks after Thanksgiving, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Upstate Appliance LLC. Jim went above and beyond to ensure my tenant's oven was repaired just a day and a half before Thanksgiving. From my initial call, Jim was incredibly knowledgeable. Based on the stove's make and model, he already had a good idea of the issue (oven baking failure, but broiling correctly). He even ordered the necessary part before even arriving at the property!
