Never had issues but this time visiting the dark headed younger lady she was not friendly. I understand people are busy and have bad days. She didn’t greet at first and her body language just gave uncomfortable. Also, the price that was told originally without us adding anything or changing was different for pickup. SO JANICE AND MIKAYALA HER DAUGHTER FILED MY 2024 AND DID A WONDER JOB. HOWEVER SHE TOOK MY 2022 TO AMEND THEM AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HER SINCE.. AND SHE SRILL HAD ALL MY TAX PAPERWORK. I HAVE TXTED HER DAUGHTERS PHONE NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO REPLY AND CALLED JANICE AND NOTHING. VERY UPSET.
