I had a very good experience moving in to Upstairs. Rudi and Trisha were professional and helpful.
Giselle mhab was incredibly condescending. She was rude and acted as if me being there was a huge imposition. She asked me to stand outside her office and the door was wide open and I saw her spend 27 minutes(I had the time because I had decided to take a work call while I waited in the coffee area) doing her makeup and putting in the weirdest contacts I have ever seen. I relocated and rented there for about 2 years, but moved out recently. I am sad to say I do not suggest renting here. There have been so many people moving out the regional management office called beforehand to try to keep me there. The facade of luxury housing fades away very quickly once you move in. The floors are warped, random doors don't lock and don't fit the door frames, and blinds don't fit the windows. Fire alarms go off on a near monthly basis. We once had the fire alarm go off three times within an hour. It is so bad that if there ever is a fire, 90% of the residents would perish because the alarm goes off so frequently.
