This was an amazing experience with Gisele who helped my good friend find a place here. The experience with her was wonderful.
The opportunity for this place to be a prime living space would be so much better with efficient, intelligent, and capable management. I lived there for 5 years and Rudi Urrutia was the manager for the past 2 years and he is such an awful representation of management. My wife and I were residents for over 5 years. The building got worse and worse over time with rat infestations and trash issues. The last straw was when the "renovated" the once large and spacious gym to a small almost not usable closet sized gym. Upon leaving and having our place professionally cleaned we got an email from the manager Rudi the final bill for under $400 with a note that if we did not pay immediately by check we would be sent to collections.
