If you are planning on moving here, DONT. You will have the worst experience. There are currently 23+ residents moving out. We have had to go to Corporate to get our issues resolved because the manager RUDY is incompetent and a menace to the community. He should be under review. This was an amazing experience with Gisele who helped my good friend find a place here. The experience with her was wonderful.
The opportunity for this place to be a prime living space would be so much better with efficient, intelligent, and capable management. I lived there for 5 years and Rudi Urrutia was the manager for the past 2 years and he is such an awful representation of management.
