If I could give them a negative number I would. They sent Rx to wrong pharmacy after I provided them the name, address and phone number for my pharmacy.... mistakes happen, but then they got an attitude with me about their error. Then refused to call me with test results even after I called several times to get the results.
Went in around 11.15 for a pretty serious concern. I didn’t realize they closed early on Friday. I was turned away at the front desk because they close at 12pm. I don’t understand if you close at 12 why couldn’t you see me? The lobby was empty. Did not hear or see any other patients in the office. People behind the counter were just chilling. Last time I had been treated here I was in and out in under 20 minutes so not sure why they would not make time for me.
This medical complex is amazing thru and thru! Not only is the staff amazing from the front desk receptionist, the nurses and the doctors, they also go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I walked out from my appointment with Dr.Savelle to having a dead battery and they found jumper cables and got me going again. I haven't had one bad experience with them. Highly recommend them!
