Cannot get prescriptions for blood pressure or antibiotic called in . They were doing it while there didn’t. Have called 3 times spoke to employees still no Rx called in week later . Doesn’t do any good go can’t get prescriptions! .
Great family physicians here. Close to hospital. Provide good care close to home.
The Dr's are great. But, whatever is happening with their internal is awful. I have waited over a month for a prescription. When calling in 10 days after, I was told it was the pharmacies fault. And, after trying to go back and forth between them, they blamed me because I didn't specify that it needed to be ran past insurance(?) when I called in 10 days after. (Even though my Dr. knew when she sent in the prescription that it would need this approval) Stephanie will talk over you and if you try to get a word in she will tell... read more
Never can get these people that are allowed to tell you information on the phone, too many desk clerks, good doctors. Rest of staff doesn't make the cut
Doctor Fussel has been incredibly rude with my elderly parents. Horrible bedside manner. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
