Incredible customer service from start to finish. David was very responsive over email and text in providing prompt answers to questions that I had. That allowed me to make the best purchasing decision. The automatic roller shades that were installed work perfectly and provide the much-needed cover for my upper windows. Totally ignored. Sat for 10 mins while they just kept walking past me. Place not even busy. 2 tables and I was the 3rd table. Sad sad service. Can't you at least say " I'll be right with you sir". No can't even acknowledge a customer sitting there. Don't waste your time like I did.
I purchased shades and overall the experience was wonderful. David was great to work with and he goes over and above to make sure it is done right. Wonderful product and customer service!!
I would highly recommend Upside Window Coverings to anyone seeking high-quality blinds for some home improvement. David was extremely knowledgeable in the shades they carried and was super kind and helpful. They have a great selection of Hunter Douglas shades that really modernized our home and provided the privacy we desired. Outstanding service and a fantastic experience overall.
