I had to give it 1 star for the sake of leaving this review to bring awareness. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I came here in September to get highlights and it was the worst decision of my life. I wish I went somewhere else.A chunk of my hair is missing. Paula does great haircuts - I’ve traveled up from Manhattan for her - and also the great prices & friendly vibes
Very accommodating and welcoming I felt I can tell my hair dresser what's on my mind which is a rare chance for salons I been to. She cut it and I told her hm, maybe go an inch shorter and she did just that. I'm definitely coming to them again
