Having cared for my 92 year old mother for over 3 years she was becoming frail. Hans is an excellent physio. I play racquet sports 6 times a week and with his treatment for my tennis elbow, Hans has managed and enabled me to continue competing. He is absolutely professional. I highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend Hans at Upside Care if you're looking for a physio who really takes the time to understand your injury and your sport. I recently had some post tournament sessions after experiencing some pain on court.
