Bad Service- think twice about doing business! There is no substitute for good customer service, and unfortunately for Upscale Resale, and their potential customers, the service here is terrible. The managers tend to treat their customers petulantly, almost as if they were doing their customers a favor. All in all, there are but a few interesting pieces in a warehouse full of varied junk, however, there is no find that makes being treated poorly, worthwhile.

I love this place. What do these other people think furniture costs? I've found Upscale Resale has great furniture. The furniture is upscale, so it's going to be pricier that Ikea! I bought a cherry bed for $650. I think that price pretty good. It's real furniture, and I will probably have it for the rest of my life! Some stuff is somewhat overpriced, but some of the clearance items go to fanastic prices. Do Not Recommend this Used Furniture Store Upscale Resale is way overpriced. They do have a very large selection of all different kinds of furniture, but there wasn't one piece of furniture in the store that was reasonably priced (even at the clearance section). The quality of the items is okay but I don't think it supports the prices at all. They will take your own items on consignment if you want to sell your funiture, and split the profits 50/50. Pricey but rare finds This is a very unique store with furniture and household merchandise that is second hand. I find that it is quite more than I would like to pay but overall it is worth a look. They have many unique pieces of furniture and antiques that would be more expensive in Georgetown. I have had great experience selling my own merchandise there and they get top dollar for it. The store splits 50 50 with the customer. Check out the clearance items!!

Overpriced used furniture We have been here multipl times on the recommendation of others. Each time, we were disappointed. The furniture in expensive, and the quality does not seem to be there. It looks like furniture cleaned out of a basement at antique prices.
