I have been a resident for 7 years and never missed a payment and I was constantly harassed by upscale about moving a basketball goal. I followed their rules and the rules of the HOA. I moved the goal when not in use as agreed. Suddenly, upscale evicts me while in the middle of the school year for my child. No phone call, no moderation, no conversation period. Just a email. On my second year and I love it. The price is reasonable and the maintenance has always been quick if there was an issue.
Terrible at getting back with people or answering the phone! They never answer the phone or respond back to emails or txts. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks about a property I seen for rent and no one ever responds. People are out here trying to find a place to live, money in hand ready to move and they won’t even just answer the phone to say if the property is still available or not so we can apply.

I was planning to rent a property and me and my husband applied but first they lagged then they contacted me and said that I was denied bc I’m not working and bc my current landlord wouldn’t reply I answered and said that I just had a baby so I’m in maternity leave absence but would actually go back to work and also that I can contact my current landlord but they just said that it was denied I thought this was a serious company that would actually help you through and see the best way to rent. Not recommend
