I just left my waxing appointment, and I want to express a concern. The person who attended me was on the phone the entire time during the session. I can only assume this may have contributed to the oversight that occurred. Before the session, I clearly mentioned that I was traveling today and that I have my graduation event tomorrow. Visited for the 2nd time and I was even more impressed on this visit. My first visit a couple of months ago was wonderful as well. The salon is clean, organized and inviting. I enjoyed a wonderful manicure and pedicure .. no hurry up/rush experience. The services I received were meticulous and professional.

Happened to be in the area and popped in the Upscale Nails and Spa yesterday for a pedicure. I decided to get #3 the mac-daddy pedicure with all the bells and whistles. It was so worth it. I left my husband and son at O'Leary's Bar & Grill down the walk in the plaza, watching the NFL draft and a b-zillion other sports events on all their tvs and did my own thing. I'm so glad I did. The pedicure was a little bit more expensive. I thought, I never indulge, I could really use some me time, that's why I'm here, right? Go for it!... read more
