I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this solar company. The customer service has been extremely poor, with little to no follow-up or meaningful support after installation. More concerning, the solar panel system that was installed is not producing even close to half of the energy my home requires, despite what was promised during the sales process. This company frauded me and signed a loan for me for $45,000! I never signed it and they refuse to cancel the loan! Stay AWAY from them!
They responded to the project in a timely manner. Great customer service. Personnel took the time to explain what the process was gonna be and explained along the way until completion of the job. After he was done he summarized all that was done and located. Thanks. I would recommend and use them in the future.
