They responded to the project in a timely manner. Great customer service. Personnel took the time to explain what the process was gonna be and explained along the way until completion of the job. After he was done he summarized all that was done and located. Thanks. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Armando from Upscale Energy delivered top-tier customer service. He explained the entire scope of work and which solar system would work best for our business. Very communicative and professional. The process was smooth! The Upscale crew took care of pulling permits promptly. The installation crew was very professional. Exceptional work! We are pleased with the outcome. I'd highly recommend doing business with them.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Upscale energy is one of those companies that you hear about on tv on how shady and how crummy the work is, I never thought that I would get screwed over and not just myself but my uncle as well, I should’ve seen the red flags when they failed inspection 4 times and caused some damage to the side of my house and now that it slightly rained in my area my roof started to leak but before that I had spoken to the owner and told me for me to call the finance company (which I didn’t think was right) so lon... read more
