Absolutely terrible experience trying to sell a sofa with them. It took him days to get back to my initial inquiry. Had it cleaned per Lou’s request and paid $75 in shipping. He called as soon as it arrived calling it filthy and he could not sell it in that condition. I said fine then have it delivered back to us. He said no because he never signed a contract so he is not responsible in any way. I just paid $75 to have it delivered!! This was the first time I had ever used a consignment store and the experience was great. I was able to sell my Fathers solid wood desk that was in great shape but was not needed by anyone else in my family. The experience was seamless and some one got a great deal as did I, not having to deal with the crazies on craigslist!
