I would give this company a 10 Star rating if possible as Alvin the owner helped me get home while stuck in Charlotte after our connecting plane departed without us. We were stuck in Charlotte with zero rental cars or flights. He worked on Fathers Day last minute and was extremely professional, the car was super comfortable & immaculate as we had a 6 plus hour ride home. I highly recommend Upscale Car & Limo Service for a short or long trip. Thank you Alvin.
This company saved the day for my family. We had a hellish travel day with over 12 hours of flight delays and re-routing where we found ourselves in a limbo not sure what time we would be arriving in Charlotte airport but knew it would definitely be after midnight and needed to get home to Greensboro. To add to that we needed a car seat for our 2 year old so we couldn't reserve an Uber.
