I always feel like I'm just hanging out, rather than shopping. Matt and the guys are friendly, helpful, and have a lot of knowledge but are ready to listen to my ideas or opinions. Good prices and I don't worry that I'm taking home something I was mislead into buying.

Upscale Aquatics has the potential the be major player in Charlotte and surrounding area. Matt was gracious with his time. I also found him to humble due to fact he admitted that he is still learning, we all are. He is willing to order fish if he doesn't have it in stock & his prices are reasonable. Just left with 4 HEALTHY fish. The set up is awesome. Each tank has it's own filtration system, pH range and decoration layout for better fish health. Prices were very reasonable and his species are outside of the common "local fish store" fish. Very pleased with our visit. Matt was very knowledgable, sincere, and friendly. Will definitely be going back and encourage others to go and tell your friends!
I stopped by after work to browse the shop and ask question. The owner has been very helpful with me getting back into the hobby
