Terrible, confusing customer service experience. I put in directions on the web site, and they are never honoured. I get different stories about deliveries from day to day. The WORST!
So wait, you have my package but i cant come and pickup. worst of all.
What an absolute disgrace of a company. They have held my package hostage for over a month. Every single person I have tried to deal with is completely incompetent.
Can you guys hurry up with my package? I even paid extra for shipping so it would all arrive by the 7th… & fed ex got here last week with the other half but you guys seem to be taking your sweet a$$ time. I need my brake lines already, you’re holding up my work truck right now. Thanks!
