Worst company. They have the worst lazy drivers
UPS IS USELESS!!! I live approx 1 hour south of winnipeg. 1) I am not a business! 2) You can't see my house number when it's dark outside (even with the outside lights on) 3) I have called customer service at least 5x to tell them a detailed description of my location. 4) The weather on Tuesday December 16,2025 was totally fine (my husband and I drove to and from winnipeg at different times of the day) 5) UPS drivers drove by my house, I ran out onto the street to wave them down, they ignored me. 6) UPS drivers are lazy! 7) ... read more
Terrible, confusing customer service experience. I put in directions on the web site, and they are never honoured. I get different stories about deliveries from day to day. The WORST!
So wait, you have my package but i cant come and pickup. worst of all.
