I've had to reorder the exact same package THREE TIMES due to it being damaged in transit. It arrives at the Forest Park location in tact, but it gets damaged at the same hub every single time and they make no effort at all to communicate next steps. I've been waiting for 2 months for a mirror I paid to arrive within a week because it gets damaged at the Forest Park hub, literally right before making it to my address all three times. Worst carrier experience ever. Will be requesting another carrier from here on out.
Package arrived at facility then out for delivery driver don’t make delivery by estimated delivery time and now they can’t find the package tracking just says on the way then they tell me I have to contact shipper to file a claim
