Worst service, They don't care how long driver sitting at the border. Don't pu the phone over the weekend.
I worked at this place 10 years ago so my information is a little out of date, but when I worked there the whole building was full of people who knew what they were doing and how to get it done. The only blockades to everyone doing their jobs quicker is the complexity of the tariffs and tax laws that the government loves to change seemingly daily. There is a reason this place exists. These people wade neck-deep into crazy every day so you dont have too.
Carriers are subjected to wait times no matter which broker does the filling. Attitude is what matters. Out of the whole UPS SCS network this office is one of the best. Thank you to all staff involved at UPS SCS Blaine WA.
