UPS mail innovation package made it from NJ to this facility in 2 days, but is stuck there for a week now. Given that I live 30 min drive away, even if they delivered on foot it would have arrived within half a day. Genuinely have no idea what is causing this amount of delay.

Drivers are rude and lazy, they just drop the skids on the dock and run. No communication, no care of there is damage done to the product. They don't care about the customers and are inconsistent with their drop off times, ot could be 10am or as late as 5pm when we are getting ready to close. Sometimes I have to pay my warehouse guys overtime because they are late.

Truckers this facility is ridiculous weekend if you are delivery because, you can’t have an access to check in and they would tell #Ring the bell 🛎️ after hours while, nobody will let you in be aware still waiting 5hour imagine disgusting 🤮

I worked for (Sentech - Sub company hired by UPS) for a year and they have the dumbest policy/management ive ever seen in my life. No soda, juice, or food/candy in work area... water is ok but no powder flavor adder's or tea bags.... and only clear bottles. Yet all day long you see the supervisors with their soda, juice & snacks from the Thornton's gas station. There's way too much favoritism where good, fast workers get all the heavy or millions of small items and the slow workers get hooked up with the few light & perfect ... read more
