They are very rude and they end up charging you a daily fee of $25 even when it is their fault that they cannot deliver ur package, i have been waiting for over 8 long months to get a package delivered to my home address, and i am still waiting for my delivery to arrive, i really don’t think i will ever receive my package, they should be ashamed and held liable for their shitty attitude in running a service that they can’t drop off ur packages in a timely fashion, i don’t trust them anymore and i don’t know why other people ... read more
how are these clowns still in the delivery business, there customer service is full of lying manipulators who just argue and talk over you when you approach them with a positive helpful solution. then they claim they dont do same day pick up but have done several times for me personally in the past 6 months alone. the customer service team never have a supervisor to talk to when asked for. i have seen bad Delivery service companies but then there is UPS and they are beyond trash.
UPS IS A SCAMMER UPS import duty service fee is a scam. Use DHL. They do far worse service with lower price. UPS secretly adds up their service fee for paying custom duty at the Border. This should have been mentioned to me before they pay the fee so that I could pay the amount by myself with 1 or 2 days delay. DHL does not do this, they just bill you exact amount of the import duty. Very disappointing experience with UPS. The tracking system claimed a delivery attempt was made, however I was home all day and no driver knocked, called, or left a notice. I then received an email asking me to reschedule the delivery, yet customer service later denied there had even been a delivery attempt, which completely contradicted the tracking updates and emails I received.
