disaster. ordered winter jackets and they should arrive on friday and on the last meters they chagned it to next week and now we are without gear heading towards winter holdiays and cant even re-direct the package to new address as no systems works. disgrace.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever used, paid for 3-5 business day international delivery but it's been sitting in botany NSW for a week because instead of emailing me or providing a proper receipt to pay for GST I get a scammer style text saying you owe money. Their customer service is so bad it's taken me another week to confirm it is a legit thing I need to pay... Couldn't recommend them if their service was free it's that bad. Btw your Whatsapp service is a Joke. Btw your customer service teams English is terrible...... read more
Simply disgusting… be very worried if a seller uses these guys to deliver your goods
Extremely disappointing services! I paid $60 for four boxes to be delivered, my wife and i were expecting these boxes and waiting for the driver. When the bell rang it took less than 30 seconds to go open the door just enough to witness the truck leaving, even chasing it waving at it would not make the driver stop. i must say that i a very amazed by the level of laziness from that person. What a shame, just another ring and run from the post office, it has become more and more common this days. how sad.
