Unfortunately I did not choose this carrier. If you have a choice: Do not choose them. It took 3 days from my package to go around the UK, to Germany, to Kentucky, to Hawaii to Sydney. Then it took 8 days to move through Sydney, to Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Origninal delivery date was missed by 2 days then updated the morning of delivery and i missed delivery an hour later cause I was at work. They also expect you to be home from 8am to 6pm waiting for it. Terrible, back tracking, bad communication. Just dont.

Worst logistic service for international freight, paid an over inflated quote just for the goods to be held in customs for over 2 months and they will not try to resolve the issue, they charged us for 2 months storage fee for something their staff messed up. We hired 2 different agents and brokers to retrieve the goods but no luck. Save yourself not only the money but headache with these guys.

The single worst courier service experience I have ever had. Would give negative stars if possible. Overnight express took 17 days to NOT be delivered. Now refuses to return to sender. Will never use UPS anywhere, ever. Doubt I will ever get this back.
