Tell your drivers not to park over people's driveways. It wasnt even our parcel, and there were no other cars on the street, yet your driver chose to park over our driveway. So rude!
Very unhelpful and frustrating. The Brisbane agent named Nigel called me to organise collection of a pickup and rang to confirm 3 critical pieces of information before organising the pickup. I missed the call and before I could call them back they had sent the driver out to my business. Very bad service. The people in the Philippines are not trained well enough and don't have a clue. They did the import invoice totally incorrectly. And now after talking to the Philippines 4 days ago and forwarded all the information. Still no contact reply. And now 3 numbers I called said leave a message. Very bad service. I will be going bad to FedEx
Thoroughly and completely useless. As per usual, 'attempted delivery' by no one to a house of 4 people and 2 kids home all day. No notification, no slips, no door bell ring. You are the single worst post service I've ever come in contact with. And you have some stiff competition. Lazy drivers, zero customer service on the phones, and all with not a single piece of mail delivered. You guys should close your entire operation and just play computer games all day, you'd deliver the same amount of mail. Useless.
