My package sat at this facility for 15 days without moving. It is STILL clearly showing on their site as sitting there, ("We have your package in New Baltimore, Ohio") yet the help ticket I opened has been closed, since...UPS never received the package. Pray your package does not enter this facility, because it will never be seen again.
3 orders that have come through this facility have been marked as delivered and never were. He name address and phone number are all accurate. Somebody needs to investigate. They were all laundry, paper towels and toilet paper products. Seems like some drivers are keeping them. Never a photo to see.
