Package was picked up at my residence. The UPS driver brought 3 labels for one package, the driver didn't label the box, but gave me 3 receipts. Now the package hasn't been scanned and is lost. The package contained two unopened S25 Ultra phones worth $3000. I called the 1800 number and finally was able to talk to a real person. They told me to give it some time. The 3 tracking numbers to show it's scheduled to pick up at my residence. So I'm assuming the driver lost the package or he stole it.
The place needs to be shut down. I’m going call UPS headquarters. My package was supposed to be here on the 8th and it’s the 18th of June. It only says delayed. I called customer service and some guy said your package is missing. Like what the HELLY. That’s all you can tell me? I see all these comments. Now I know I will never use UPS to deliver to this address. Everybody is stealing in there and they still open. This has to be CRAZY in 2025. With all these complaints too.
