My package got scanned as arrived there on 3-13. Hasn't moved since. They are great at delays and losing packages at this location
Terrible ups location, have had a item stuck here for 3 days now that was a high priority item shipped 2 day air and now I'm not sure I'll ever get it now .
Either the driver stole my package or delivered it to the entire wrong address. Their useless support told me to talk to the website I bought from when it was your truck driver's fault.
This place is trash! I have an $800 package lost at this place. The tracking says its been there for almost a month now and every time I call the help line, because there is no phone number for the building, I only get un-helpful Ai. When I was finally able to get the damn computer to send me to a live agent it then told me that there were non. I would have received better service from FedEX. I will never be doing business with this company again. I would have given 0 stars but Google wont let me.
UPS is consistently terrible. They REFUSE to leave packages in the available & labeled delivery box or where the note on the door directs them. This typically results in damaged items on my property. Amazon & FedEx seem to have the sense to figure it out just fine.
