Food was delicious
Package shown as delivered on Saturday 1/10/26. It was not as I was home all day. Nobody delivered the package and door cam registered no activity. No proof of delivery available with UPS mail innovation. Could not reach anyone at the Butner North Carolina facility. They make it super difficult to reach a human on purpose so they don't have to take responsibility for their incompetence or fraud.
Package was probably stolen by someone here. Been waiting 2 weeks for 1 item to arrive to me. Still waiting..... tracking says its been stuck in butner,NC since monday (today is friday). Butner is only a 30 min drive from where im at so this doesnt make any sense.
I’m not sure what the utility of this service is. My package was expected 8 days ago. The last tracking update was that it departed the facility, ~30 minutes from my house, 7 days ago. I called UPS, they told me to call USPS who will be delivering the package, but they haven’t received the package, so there’s nothing they can do. Just a terrible service.
