If I could put xero stars in would. Horrible snail mail. My pist office delivers faster. Sits in the office for couple days, doesn't move. I could drive to Butner to pick it up quick. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Package handled by Mail Innovations is multiple days past due with no updates for a week. UPS offers no support even though the tracking is through them. Lot's of similar reviews here, avoid anything shipped through them if at all possible. I have contact the seller about their shipping options, they need to find alternatives. FedEx delivers.

UPS Mail Innovations is the only shipping company where a package with tracking actually was lost by them. Last tracking update from this facility was a month ago. Packages for this service are uninsured and handled by contractors. There is also no support on initiating a search request or contacting customer service. Update: 11/20/2024. I had a package go through here and "depart" to the USPS and never make any progress after that. It's been nearly a month now, and after reading reviews, contacting the USPS (who never did actually receive the item), and talking to UPS customer service, I think this package is completely lost. Unfortunately, based on the reviews, it seems like if a package gets lost through this place and is delayed more than a week then it's gone forever. Really sad about this and disappointed that this is a repeated and unaddressed issue.
