I only wish I could give 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst service for delivery in existence, The on-line updates are useless. For the past 8 days, on-line says my package will be delivered the next day by 7pm. When it doesn't arrive and I check again, it says it will be delivered the next day by 7pm. I have tried contacting every number available and no one can give me any sort of information except the same thing I see on-line. No contact numbers tracking consist of dates with no location- carrier facility in the USA No updates No ETA Message: sorry we are late
What a worthless operation. Packages can sit at distribution centers for 2-6 weeks.
