They never delivered it on time. Three time they lying to me about delivered my item they on my website. No stars at all. They make you give them a star to post your reviews
Rude , unprofessional customer service. I called them to track my package as it’s been showing at their location for 5 days . I was answered multiple times and every time was the same answer will get back to you once we locate it . Last time I called one of the ladies said it’s not our problem, let the company/person who shipped it to contact ups , she did not even wanted to hear me out and then she hanged up on me. Update: Package was finally delivered on the third day without an additional payment request this time. Why wasn’t that done the previous day? I had already paid the associated fees. Then I had to spend several hours on the phone with UPS in order it to be delivered correctly today. I don’t get why it wasn’t better communicated to the driver that I had already paid the custom fee on their previous delivery attempt. It puts them in a bad position.
