The manager was very attentive and professional in addressing and resolving the delivery delay. Things happen that are sometimes out of our control, but it was reassuring to see that this location has a team willing to correct and resolve an issue rather than leave it unsettled. I really appreciate how they handled the situation.
My package was stolen at this facility. NEVER MADE IT OUT OF THIS PLACE!? So, it had to be staff!!! Something's that can't be replaced. Don't ship UPS and if you do, make sure this isn't one of the stops. THIEVES WORK HERE!!! THEY COULD CARE A LESS TOO!! Although they claimed to investigate, there was no investigation because I wanted a name. I would have filed charges it was way more than required a felony!!!! Absolutely no help by UPS after 2 days in a row they emailed an "out for delivery" and nothing was delivered. Their workers gave me the runaround for hours with one claiming she would go out and find my package and call me back. 6 hours later and no call back. Tried the online approach and they said it was "escalated" twice and they'd let me know when it was out for delivery. Isn't that what the email said two days ago? What help was that?
