Absolutely no help by UPS after 2 days in a row they emailed an "out for delivery" and nothing was delivered. Their workers gave me the runaround for hours with one claiming she would go out and find my package and call me back. 6 hours later and no call back. Tried the online approach and they said it was "escalated" twice and they'd let me know when it was out for delivery. Isn't that what the email said two days ago? What help was that? They denied my package because they said I didn’t have my DL when I came out of my house ! Who ask for DL when you see me come out of my house ! Watch out and beware !!
They never delivered it on time. Three time they lying to me about delivered my item they on my website. No stars at all. They make you give them a star to post your reviews
