I was scheduled to have a delivery yesterday and was told to leave a note on the door to leave it outside. I left the note on the door and the delivery did not come. I called the call center twice to find out what happened and was finally told it was unsafe to leave the delivery. Then I was told someone would call me soon to figure it out since I cannot reach the terminal directly. We paid tforce to deliver a pallet from California to a residence in Newburgh New York. They got the pallet all the way to Montgomery New York. It then sat on their dock. They did not call the sender or the recipient. When the residential customer called to see why it was late they were told the pallet was being sent back to California because the pallet was too tall for their truck.
