We paid tforce to deliver a pallet from California to a residence in Newburgh New York. They got the pallet all the way to Montgomery New York. It then sat on their dock. They did not call the sender or the recipient. When the residential customer called to see why it was late they were told the pallet was being sent back to California because the pallet was too tall for their truck.
