Betty was a great help. She was willing to make the calls and emails needed so I can get my customer their parts ASAP. She had a great attitude even after I bugged her for a full1-1/2hrs. Top notch.
Scam company! Do not use. They’ll quote you an amount then lie and charge fees later. Even with proof they still try and charge
Reliable and on time
This company scheduled a delivery appointment while my shipment was still in transit. 3 hours of my time were wasted waiting for the shipment to be delivered during the delivery appointment/window they scheduled. Not impressed with their logistics management, and not happy that my time was wasted. Currently waiting for them to call me back to reschedule the delivery appointment after my shipment is received. Let's hope they get their act together, and my time isn't wasted once again.
