I have a problem with one delivery driver, he refuses to deliver packages to my front porch, which is where my preference says to deliver. While I have other UPS drivers that do deliver correctly and Fedex drivers that deliver correctl, this driver continues to drop my packages at the edge of my yard in the dirt, 200 feet from my house. Now I'm waiting for a call back to talk to someone, that will take approx an hour to get online I believe. I went to the door to see the UPS driver almost to the truck. He left a large box blocking my door so I could not get out
I really can't complain very much except that they always give a delivery time from 11 to 3 when they know that it will most likely not happen until later. It took 2 days to get to my house after it was out for delivery but we had a snow storm hit at 5pm. If they would have hit the estimated delivery time things would have been great but the storm hit so it wasn't delivered on the first day. Horrible service. Misleading, fraudulent practices pickup orders not even assigned to them.
