I went to the door to see the UPS driver almost to the truck. He left a large box blocking my door so I could not get out
I really can't complain very much except that they always give a delivery time from 11 to 3 when they know that it will most likely not happen until later. It took 2 days to get to my house after it was out for delivery but we had a snow storm hit at 5pm. If they would have hit the estimated delivery time things would have been great but the storm hit so it wasn't delivered on the first day. Horrible service. Misleading, fraudulent practices pickup orders not even assigned to them.
The delivery person made sure the package was put into my hand at the house!
