Absolutely hate that my item was shipped with this company. In 24 hours I have been told three different times I can pick the item up at there dock. Time is money and I have a truck sitting. Ridiculous
Cant EVER reach the corporate number, shipments get later and later every time and it seems like they keep stripping resources from the wichita location. SERIOUSLY considering taking my business elsewhere, considering the fact that im currently on hold and have been for nearly 20 minutes. DO BETTER.
I have a problem with one delivery driver, he refuses to deliver packages to my front porch, which is where my preference says to deliver. While I have other UPS drivers that do deliver correctly and Fedex drivers that deliver correctl, this driver continues to drop my packages at the edge of my yard in the dirt, 200 feet from my house. Now I'm waiting for a call back to talk to someone, that will take approx an hour to get online I believe.
